The City of Great Bend is excited to bring back the 3rd Annual Party in the Park event on Saturday, August 8th at Veterans Memorial Park. The day-long festival will include a variety of family-friendly activities, designed to give Great Bend residents a day of fun in the sun! Events to look forward to include:
9 a.m. - Tuff Enough Obstacle Run 9:30 a.m. - Oozefest Mud Volleyball 10:30 a.m. - Dog Park Fun & Demonstrations 1 p.m. - Barton County Business Olympics Face Off 2:30 to 8:30 p.m. - Car Show 3 p.m. - Oreo Eating Contest / Face Painting / Coloring Contest Starts 4 p.m. - Optimist Kids Inflatable Fun Zone 6 p.m. - Gates Open for Concert 6:30 p.m. - Concert featuring Homebrew, Liverpool 10 p.m. - Fireworks
