              Event Description:
              GREAT BEND KIWANIS CLUB PRESENTS Downtown Halloween Boo
              kids dress up and trick or treat at participating downtown businesses. If inclement weather, the event will be cancelled.
              Location:
              Parade starts at 11a at Jack Kilby square. People will wait in front of the bandshell - the parade will start traveling north in front of the courthouse down to 16th street, crossing west then heading south down main street to 12th street, crossing east then heading north to Lakin, then east down Lakin, crossing north back to the square. 
               
              A) Trunk or treat - cars will be parked on the south side of the court house wrapping around back north down main close to the start of the parade. 
               
              B) Parade route - vendors will set up tables/decorations along empty store fronts along the parade route.
