SBDC Website Building Workshop
Name: SBDC Website Building WorkshopDate: April 24, 2021Time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CDTEvent Description:The Kansas SBDC is partnering with the Great Plains Technology and Manufacturing Cluster (Great Plains TMC) to host a Website Building Class in Dodge City, KS on April 24th, 2021. This day-long class will give small business owners the opportunity to learn the basics of building and owning a website. The attendees will be hands-on with developing their own site, or at least getting a start on how they can develop or update a site for their business. The class will walk through the process of:
- How to build a website through GoDaddy
- How to organize sitemap information
- Designing
- Website Dos and Don'ts
- Launching the website live
- Domain information
The class will include a meal and a booklet of materials for the attendees to further develop and make modifications to their website. Attendees will be responsible for bringing their own laptop or device to create their website. Please contact Anna Padgett at 620-417-1955 if you do not have access to a laptop for the class.
Registering here at the e-center will reserve your spot in the class. Payment must be made to the KSBDC prior to the registration deadline to confirm your space due to limited seating.
